Position Overview:

We’re seeking a Client Business Analyst who combines analytical prowess with a client-focused mindset. In this role, you’ll be the bridge between our clients and our internal teams, using your analytical skills to drive business value and enhance client relationships. Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and objectives. Serve as a trusted advisor, providing insights and recommendations to drive their success.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Dive into client data to identify trends, opportunities, and potential issues. Create detailed reports and dashboards that highlight key metrics and performance indicators.
- Business Insights: Translate data into actionable business insights and strategies. Provide clients with data-driven recommendations that align with their goals and enhance their overall experience.
- Solution Development: Collaborate with internal teams to design and implement solutions that address client needs and improve their business outcomes.
- Project Management: Oversee client projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with client expectations.
- Continuous Improvement: Gather client feedback and industry trends to drive continuous improvement in our products, services, and processes.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, or a related field. Advanced degrees or relevant certifications are a plus.
- Experience: experience as a business analyst or in a similar client-facing role. Experience in the financial services or insurance industry is highly desirable.
- Skills:
